One of our new favorite meals is Gluten Free Pizza. The Pizza Crust recipe is located here. This takes about 45 minutes to make and cook but it is really delicious. Please learn from my mistake. You do need to grease the pizza sheet before putting down the crust or it will stick!
Veggie Hubby does not eat cheese so he decided to have green peppers and artichoke hearts on his side without cheese. I like cheese so I put organic Italian blend shredded cheese from Whole Foods and uncured Pepperoni from Whole Foods. The pizza sauce is Organicville Gluten Free Pizza Sauce which also came from Whole Foods and it is wonderful! Although I did look for the pizza sauce in Whole Foods today and they didn’t seem to be carrying it any more. 😦
Pizza is a favorite meal when watching Saturday night NCAA football or Sunday or Monday night NFL football!
