Gluten Free Blueberry Thumbprint Cookies

One of the cookies I made over the holidays were these Blueberry Thumbprint cookies.  Everyone really like them and I’ll definitely be making them again.  I followed the recipe from here.  I used frozen blueberries and I didn’t mash them very much.  If I made them again I would add an extra egg.  It seems this helps keep baked goods from being more dried out here in high altitude.  This is a keeper!
